Colorado Institute of Public Policy
The Institute is dedicated to addressing pressing policy issues in the Rocky Mountain West.
Recognizing that our most significant challenges are complex, the Institute approaches problem solving by integrating multiple dimensions through interdisciplinary research, external partnerships, and community outreach.
Recognizing that public policy is only as good as the leaders who implement it, the Institute’s non-partisan Bighorn Leadership Development Program provides emerging leaders with the necessary training and tools to ensure that effective and practical leaders are available to Colorado over the long term. Many of the participants have gone on to play active roles in their communities, state government, and as elected officials.
