State Your Purpose

One. Billion. Dollars. Colorado State University is looking to raise $1 billion to invest in the pursuit of across-the-board excellence. “State Your Purpose – The Campaign for Colorado State University” was launched by President Tony Frank. AAU, CSU build on Extension conference in China

A growing relationship between Anhui Agricultural University and Colorado State University will take another step forward in the coming weeks as a CSU delegation – headed by members of the Office of Engagement – will return to China to work on issues surrounding university-based Extension and technology transfer. CSU receives ‘community engagement’ re-classification from Carnegie Foundation

CSU has been re-classified as a “community engaged university”. This designation, first earned in 2008, is in addition to the existing classification as a Carnegie doctoral research extensive university. Read more

CSU Ram Faculty Engagement Tour

Ram Bus Tour

CSU Provost Rick Miranda and Vice President for Engagement Lou Swanson led the third annual CSU faculty Ram Tour to Colorado’s Western Slope on August 13 and 14. CSU Extension, Colorado State Forest Service, and the Colorado River District were among the hosts and presenters for the faculty group as they visited Georgetown and Glenwood Springs before reaching Palisade.
